Here’s how the celebrations will unfold. Times are approximate — we’re on Kiwi time.
Arrive, find your people and grab a drink in the garden. Light refreshments served.
Please be seated by 4:50pm. We’re having a short, heartfelt outdoor ceremony (indoor back-up if the weather turns).
Golden-hour drinks and nibbles on the lawn while we sneak off for photos.
A long-table feast celebrating seasonal Aotearoa produce, with speeches between courses.
First dance, then the floor is yours. Comfortable shoes strongly encouraged.
Shuttles depart for the city. Thank you for celebrating with us!

We’re finalising a beautiful garden venue in the Auckland region. We’ll update this page (and let you know) once it’s locked in.
We’re arranging a shuttle from central Auckland to the venue, departing around 3:15pm. Pick-up point to be confirmed with the venue.
Shuttles back to the CBD will leave at midnight (with an earlier 10pm run for those with little ones or early flights).
Parking details will be shared once the venue is confirmed. Please don’t drink and drive — NZ has strict limits and random breath-testing is common.
Uber, Ola and local taxis operate across Auckland, but can be scarce late at night outside the city — the shuttle is your friend!
Let us know on your RSVP if you’d like a shuttle seat so we can book the right number.
